"Superb"
We had a death in the family & had to change plans. We had to cancel our reservations. But we will be there in the next month, hopefully. I talked to Jamie at the front desk. She took care of our cancelation. I asked about the stuff we had planned for there. She had lots of information. She was very pleasant to talk to! Because of her, when I reschedule our trip, I will definitely be staying there.

Was very disappointed with the breakfast location. When you say free breakfast you need to tell people they have to go outside in the rain to a different location. When you advertise you have a pool, you need to tell people they have to walk to another hotel to use it. Had to go to the front desk twice because our key card would not work. In fact they canceled our key card because they checked us out.

Room was nicely furnished and clean. We were on the first floor of the second building behind the main hotel, which worked out fine for us, with safe parking in front. The couple running the breakfast were very welcoming and the breakfast was good

The price was excellent, and the hotel staff were professional and caring. The General Manager T.J.Blair was an exceptional host. Joanie, the breakfast nook, hostesses kind and courteous. If I were their supervisor I would give them all a raise.
